PCYou Refund Policy

PCYou is currently in its MVP stage and operated by one person. Right now, we want customers to feel comfortable trying PCYou, so we support returns within 60 days of receiving the PC.

1. 60-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your PC. The 60-day window starts on the day your PC is marked as delivered by the carrier or delivery partner.

2. Return Condition

Returned PCs should be in the same general condition they were delivered in. PCs that are damaged, missing parts, heavily modified, or abused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered instead.

3. Custom PC Builds

Because custom PCs are built around your approved preferences, returns are reviewed case by case. We will look at the build, the parts used, and the reason for the return before making a decision.

4. Parts, Accessories, and Peripherals

Included accessories, cables, peripherals, boxes, and add-ons should be returned when possible. Missing or damaged items may reduce the refund amount. If something cannot be returned, please let us know when you request the return.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may be non-refundable after delivery has been completed or attempted. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, additional fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your PC arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly different from the approved proposal, please contact PCYou as soon as possible. We may ask for photos, videos, or other details so we can understand what happened and work toward a fair solution.

7. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed after the PC is returned and inspected. Timing may depend on your payment method or payment provider. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

8. Builder Marketplace Orders

PCYou is currently in the MVP stage. As independent builders are added later, refund terms may vary depending on the builder, order type, and payment arrangement. When that happens, we will clearly show the refund terms for each order before you confirm payment.

9. Final Decisions

Return and refund requests are reviewed case by case. PCYou reserves the right to approve, deny, or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the PC, the parts used, and the details of the order. Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and consistent in how we handle each request.
